The goal of this project was to redesign a historic schoolhouse placed in the heart of Spring Green into an age-in-place, comfortable, warm, and inviting home for a couple. The proposed plan completely renivated the first floor of the schoolhouse, focusing heavily on a centrally located kitchen with an open floorplan and plenty of space for a variety of activites; all of which cater to the couple's needs perfectly. The space is seperated into public and private spaces and the final project creates a great space for the couple to live peacfully in for the rest of their lives.
